Out-Patient Assistants

The Out-Patient Assistants are the staff members that help you during appointments and ensure the daily appointments are seen in a timely manner. Their main goals are to make sure your needs are met as a pet owner when it comes to education and information regarding the appointment and to ensure that your pet receives all the care, treatments and diagnostics agreed upon by you and the veterinarian. They are the go-to people for everything ranging from prescription refills to puppy plans.

In-Patient Assistants

We understand that few things are more stressful than leaving your furry family member in the hospital for medical care. That is why we select only the most highly qualified candidates to be in-patient assistants. In your absence, these veterinary assistants take care of your whole pet, not just his/hers medical needs. From extra TLC to dinner-time company for those finicky eaters, our veterinary assistants treat every patient like their own. Their medical training, dedication to the human-animal bond and desire to treat every patient in a loving and caring manner truly sets our veterinary assistants apart. Our licensed Registered Vet Technicians (RVTs) have received advanced training in nursing, dentistry and anesthesia; they work as a team with the veterinary assistants to facilitate the veterinarian's plan for your pet's health. Our emergency assistants are experienced in triage and emergency situations and are prepared to help you 24 hours a day.
