We love Dr. Schenck and Dr. Slosser, and we have never had anything but helpful, friendly techs and front counter help. She kept me informed throughout the visit; was understanding of Minhotep's anxiety, and was knowledgeable about the vaccinations that my cat was there to receive. // Likewise, Dr. Slosser was very informative re: my upcoming plane trip with my cat, and cleared up some misconceptions I had had re: sedation and my pet. "I was surprised that the cost of the medications prescribed were reasonable. There was an occasion some time ago where I suspected I was being charged more than I should be for something I wasn't convinced I needed. This was during an office visit over a year ago at the old location. I am pleased to say that my experience this time was better, and the Dr. LaChioma was animated and endearing and was great with Atlas and with explaining the treatment prescribed. She is excellent, and the new place feels much more open and welcoming. Thank you."

"We were/are new residents in the Pocket/Greenhaven area. We were a bit nervous about taking our sweet Patches to a new Vet. Although he was not feeling well we felt great from the moment we stepped into the door with him. Staff was great and the Vet was awesome. "Our dogs were seen by Dr. Cuetara and Karimah (vet tech). They were both so great, so thorough, and went way above and beyond with their service. Karimah was just so nice and so loving to our dogs and took the time to even answer the questions that our 5 y/o niece had. She worked with us on the options and payments for our services, and we never felt rushed and we felt like we got really individualized care. Karimah is awesome! Dr. Cuetara is always awesome as well and is the best vet we have ever been to. We have talked before about the possibility of switching vet centers because if finances and costs, but always decide that we would never switch vets, because we wouldn't want to lose Dr. Cuetara. We would definitely follow him in order to keep him as the vet for our dogs. He really explains everything to us in a manner that we understand, is really thorough and just has the best bedside manner also. He is so knowledgeable that we have full confidence in his care for our dogs. We really had the best experience with our most recent visit; it re-affirmed exactly why we continue to stay with Mueller. We have highly recommended Mueller to our friends and family with pets and continue to do so."

"We were blessed by the care given to Josie. We felt comfortable leaving her over night. We were told we could call anytime throughout the night, which we did...several times. Every call was answered immediately and with such care and kindness. The traumatic experience for all was relieved by such wonderful and caring individuals. I have told many about our great experience. You are all in the correct career field! You came right out with a gurney to get our baby after being hit by a car. We met with a wonderful receptionist who calmed us the best she could. The tech took us to a room and kept us informed while Josie was being seen. The doctor was caring and explained every detail that needed to be done. Josie is still recovering, but getting stronger each day. She still favors her right front leg, but it has only been six days. I know human sprains can take many weeks. She actually got excited this morning after getting a bone from "daddy" before he left for work. She ran about 15' before laying down to munch it. We have seven stairs up to the house, which she has carefully managed for potty breaks. Of course the first couple days required carrying her up or down. We thank you so much for everything. You all truly made this horrible experience better. We spoke with a lady who saw her hit. As she darted across the three-lanes of busy traffic....we found out that the light had just turned green, so cars were slower....She was hit in the first lane, which bumped her as it stopped and caused her to slide with all legs spread. She got up and ran three doors down to home. So very lucky. God truly was watching over her. I could not endure one more loss. Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! My 31 year old son cried when he was told that she was hit. She is truly a special girl and loved by so many."

Here are some reviews from September:

Chico began to sneeze and develop goop-eye Saturday afternoon. I was very concerned as he is FIV positive. He was seen promptly on Sunday. (Thank you for being open on weekends) Your doctor diagnosed him with URI, and prescribed medications. During the almost week long duration of the URI, I called frequently to ask questions or give updates. Each time I called, I received a friendly response. The one time I left a message for the doctor to call me back - she did in a very short period of time. That is unheard of these days. Chico is better now, and has about four days of antibiotic meds left. He isn't sneezing, doesn't have goop eye, and is running around the house playing. Admittedly, he was a very good patient, being easy to give meds to, but my overall experience with Muller always has been exceptional. We have five cats, and you will get ALL our business!

"Dr. John Elliott is the prime reason for my great loyalty to your pet medical center; every aspect of his care for my pets (over many years) has been extraordinarily good, and I trust him without reservation. Other reasons for my very positive regard for Mueller's include wonderful Jessica (formerly reception, now in the pharmacy) and the friendliness and cheerful helpfulness of the vet techs and present-day reception staff. I greatly appreciate getting a reminder call the day before my appointment arrives--very helpful! And, of course, the beautiful, spacious, clean, and welcoming new building is amazing!"

"Mueller's is a great place to take my pets. I really like the way you take care of animals and pet owners. I felt very well when during the last days of my cat all the staff at Mueller's were helping me in such a difficult time. Everyone, doctors, technicians, staff in the front desk were marvelous. I have to mention here the technician Jason, he was giving me support the day I had to put [my cat] to sleep. He was a big help for me. Also, Mueller's gave a donation to U.C. She gave us confidence that our vet was on the right track with diagnostic procedures and that she concurred with the next step of an abdominal ultrasound and recommended a chest x-ray with a possible referral to an Internist for a brain MRI. We felt very good about travelling from the far north area to your facility. I wish my personal physician's office was as nice and the staff as compassionate and helpful as yours."
